BHF practice Sat.

So I'm analyzing the schedule and see essentially 2:45 of practice over 3 groups in the morning.  I'm assuming 3 x20 min per group  on the track.  In the afternoon (after the 90 min break) there is 4.5 hours of riding but with 4 groups (incl the LCR).  I'm assuming 4 x 15 min sessions

Is this correct?

Number of rounds is not spelled out; # of rounds and length of rounds are adjusted day of based on various conditions, number of riders(does a group need to be split?), weather conditions, down time etc.
