September NJMP Special Pre-Entry Form for AMA Grand Championship Races?

So I wanted to pre-enter for the September 6-7 NJMP race weekend which has both the CCS and AMA races. On the website it mentions that a "special entry form" is required. Does anyone know where I can find this form or when it will be posted? I want to send my pre-entry as soon as possible.


Also what are the rules for the AMA races? Couldn't really find much for this year.

We have just gotten confirmation of classes. Rules and entry forms are in pipeline and I expect posting and PR by early next week.
