Contingency awards and requirements

Is there a contingency award and requirements sheet (classes, minimum field, etc) for 2014 similar to the one for 2013? http://ccsracing.us/forms/2013/contingency/2013%20asra%20ccs%20contingency%20awards.pdf

email eric kelcher (eric.kelcher@ccsracing.us) He can answer specific questions. Would be nice to have it somewhere. Some of them are quite obscure.

just an FYI.. Sharkskinz is NOT participating. Found out this past week when Mary at their shop said they are not doing it for 2014. Even though it shows they are on the forms.
