Hey Guys anybody going with a spair chain, Your never gonna guess what happend but here goes...I was running a 48 tooth sprocket on the rear the first BHF and then changed to a 46 rear for RA...Well I went to put back the 48 on it and the chain WILL NOT FIT!! :-[  I've tried everything the adjusters are all the way in. Anyways it is a 520 and the gearing will be 16f 48r

Stumpy,

Simple solution...  Drop to a 15t front sprocket.  I have one for you for a whopping $10.  (just got to get it to the track)

a 16/48 is the same at 15/45 (which is still way too tall for BHF).  Personally, I ran 15/46 which gave me enough RPM to use 2nd gear through most corners (1,3, 7, etc).  2 years ago I was using 15/47, but found I had too much rear end chatter going into corners and I was stuck between wringing out second or dogging 3rd...
