CCS Helmet Tech Dilemma

My year sticker must have rubbed off inside my helmet and the manufacture date is not visible anymore. I was allowed to race but I may not be allowed at the upcoming NJ round. I've been using the same helmet all year but I do not have the original receipt from when I purchased it. The helmet is a Suomy Extreme (Max Neukirchner Replica). I'm positive its dated 2009 but how can I prove it's within the CCS rules so I can race at NJMP.

Not sure what CCS requires for helmet approval.  AHRMA requires 2010 Snell.  Appears that this is only 2000 Snell.

CCS snell requirements are M2010. M2005 is allowed IF the rider can prove the helmet was made within the last 5 yrs.

5.1.1 Undamaged full-face helmet with face shield and bearing a stamp of
approval from one of the following international standards:
Snell M2005 and M2010 (USA)
(Snell M2005 will remain valid as long as the rider can prove a
date of manufacturer within the last 5 years)

BS. 6658 TYPE. A (GREAT - BRITAIN)
ECE 22 - 04 & ECE 22 - 05 "P" (EUROPE)
JIS 8133:2000 / JIS 8133:2007 (JAPAN)
(JIS 8133:2000 will remain valid as long as the
rider can prove a date of manufacturer within the last 5 years))

My Spec1R's all had the BS. 6658 Type A sticker on them, no snell sticker. If the BS. 6658 Type A sticker is still there, I wouldnt worry. Just says ONE of the standards, not all of them. Personally I wouldnt race with a helmet more than 2-3 yrs old anyways. Plus I dont buy replicas for racing. Solids are usually 150-200 cheaper for the same helmet.

If you have any doubts, just replace it.
