If someone could provide a link as to the official proceedings to get a rule modification letter submitted it would be great.

I've searched but have come up with nothing? I'd like to get this in before the deadline of ?????

There used to be a deadline for submitting suggestions to the rules committee. I can't find it on the site. It used to be in the mailer but these days, but the time the mailer shows up the window is liable to be closed.

I'm glad you found the appropriate method for requests. This forum is not the official CCS site and is by no means the appropriate  method for rules requests. In the past I have submitted my requests to Eric Keller but have not any luck with that. The appropriate person for rules submissions is Kevin Elliott.
