Rulebook /URL] 6.1 is the section regarding SS
The rules are written as what items are controlled, restricted, inspected; if it is not listed it is an unrestricted, controlled, inspected item.

Master cylinders and triple clamps are not restricted so you may use items that are safe for competition.
