WTB race ready 09+ R1 or 11+ GSXR 750

just like the title says.  I'm looking for a current generation R1 or GSXR 750.  Not looking for a built motor as I'm just a track day junkie so reliability is more important than power.  I AM looking for a well sorted chassis though so things like upgraded suspension, damper, Bazzaz/PC5, wheels, wiring harness, race bodywork, safety wire, case covers, levers, brakes, exhaust, rearsets, sliders, and clip-ons are all things on my want list.  Looking for something that has been well cared for and will require a bare minimum of changes to get to the track.  Would prefer clean title but exceptions can be made.  Spares, OEM parts, street bodywork are always an added bonus.  I have cash in hand and am ready to buy.  Currently living in Las Vegas so the closer the better but will work with seller on shipping for the right bike.
