Contingency?

When we went through tech at RA they had us fill out a contingency form, listing various sponsors.  I checked the Pirelli box, and had their stickers and tires on my bike.  Is that all I need to do to get contingency, or do I also have to fill out a separate Pirelli form?  There's one listed on the Pirelli website.  Anyone know?

You have to register on line.  It was posted in a previous thread.  You could do a search (it was at least 60 day's ago) on Pirelli and you may be able to find it that way.
