2012 CCS License Renewal/Pre-Entry PDF Forms

I turned the PDF's from CCS into PDF forms that you can fill out on your computer and then print.  I would upload them here but it's not possible to make the PDF files small enough to conform to the forum file size settings.  So if you want them you'll need to visit this link.

Sorry, my mother in-law just gave me some cash for my birthday so I used it to pay for my license renewal and the transponder.  And I hate having to print and fill out PDF's the old fashioned way, it's already in electronic form so why not take it that one step further.

I didn't realize that you couldn't download the files unless you had an account and were logged into the site.  I fixed it so you can just download the files without an account or being logged in.
