man that sounds bad, I know when I was sitting in the corner after my get off in turn 4 at CMP, the cornerworkers did not sound like they had ever dealt with bikes before, but even a car driver could have trauma like this, , hope u get better soon,

Kristin made it through surgery  past some of the potential risks and has moved onto therapy which began 2 days post surgery. I think for the most part to keep range of motion. I am not in the know how but this info is from her facebook site.

Hello everyone!  First I would like to say thank you all for your concern, support and comments/ opinions.

I realized after I made my post that my story read as though CCS was at fault on Friday practice at CMP regarding my accident.
This was not my intention...  Cornerspeed not CCS was hosting the trackday/practice on Friday.  I don't want people to think CCS was at fault.  My story relates to all racers which is why I posted it; but I just wanted to let you all know I am not in any way upset with CCS.

Surgery went better than planned, I will know more about my recovery plan when I see the Doctor next week.  So far I am looking at 8months to a year off, and possibly 2 more surgeries.

glad to hear that things went better than planned so far and that you are looking forward to a full recovery.  it sucks about the length of time involved for your recovery but i am sure that you will put your all into it.  keep at it Kristin.
best wishes,
tim
