How long can VP 110 sit in the cans and still be good and or how long can it sit in the bike and is it corrosive? Also for storing a bike that runs this fuel,any recomondations?? Thanks in advance.

Well, that depends.

I'm not a VP expert, but I know a couple things about fuels. 

Based on VP's info, VP110 is not oxygenated.  So, it shouldn't have many of the corrosive issues that their oxygenated fuels have, in my opinion. 

Racing fuels are designed differently from fuel that comes from a pump that you use in your car.  That stuff is designed to be used in 14 to 28 days before it deteriorates and goes bad.  Racing fuels are generally developed around the idea that they won't be used quickly.  Often, in non oxygenated forms, a racing fuel will be good for almost two years.  But that depends upon the container, how much air is inside the container, the air in the container, and the surface area that is exposed to that air.  Yeah, your mileage may vary.

In a sealed can?  Should last for almost forever.  Most really good fuel producers take off the "air" before sealing their container and replace it with nitrogen to keep the fuel "fresh".  There are some manufacturers that just leave air in them, and there are some manufacturers that use used containers too.  Really depends upon quality control. 

If it's out of their sealed container, some aromatics will vent off over time contingent upon all that exposure stuff above.  Plastic containers are actually porous, so they aren't good for longer term storage, but they are great for measuring.  Best is sealed containers.  Next, their container as full as possible to eliminate as much air in that container.  Additionally, never put the container on the ground as you'll usually get condensation problems as the ground temperature and the air temperature around the container will fight each other.  Putting your fuel on a pallet or some 2x4's is usually a good way to go.

That's tremendous Dave,thank you Sir,I just use 93 pump gas in the Bimmer BUT,I'm actually asking for a good friend who is on the road in a hotel and has the flu....we got on the topic because he just bought one of HMC Racings KTM RC8R's,and so it's a new ball game with this whole fue buiss...he bought some of the VP 110 for our up-coming Barber trip...that's great info...thanks again Dave...you been riding much?Haven't seen you for a long time bro...

The VP110 probably isn't a great option running straight in an inline four.  Probably burns too slow.  Might not be bad in an RC8 with the giant combustion chamber. 

Haven't been riding much at all.  Kind of retired, kind of have some offers to ride too...raced at Road America with AHRMA...could have raced at BeaveRun and Barber...but the tornado damage has made a mess.

As for seeing me...LOL!  You walked past Tom Menke and I at the last Blackhawk.  I think you were dazed.  But I'm good a being incognito too.  :)

Boy didn't see you,sorry......just glad nobody got hurt in that Tornado.....as far as being dazed,what time of day was that??  LOL! I'm sure we'll see you next year......you can't stay away that long!!

Speaking of VP110, I'll be using it next year.  I just had an SV built with 13:1 CR and I was advised to use 100 Octane fuel.  I'll be mixing VP110 (which is 107 motor octane) and 93 pump.  VP110 is moderateley priced, leaded and stable.  Plus it's readily available from a VP distributor here in town.

I was there from around 10AM to when Mason closed up shop and headed off to dinner with me.

Your trick is what is your 93 pump.  Most pump fuel is spiked with something that oxygenates it.  Might not be RFG, but it is probably oxygenated with something to about 2%.  That will play in your jetting selection, but if you start rich and work your way back, you should  be good.  Best opportunity is to always buy your 93 pump from the same station for your events.
