hey guys, Aaron Eldridge took my money and never shipped my parts, i have bought a lap timer from him , he disconnected his phone # and he does not respond to my emails. he was a ccs racer , if anyone could help , please email me samizx7@yahoo.com.

he claimmed that he does not have paypal to i had to send money order. i will go to his house if i have to , but it is a 3 hours drive.

So when you go there, then what?

8 hours round trip for $200?  And when he doesn't have it, then?  He calls the cops and you get arrested for harassment, trespassing, stalking, assault? 

Seriously.  Think about what you're saying and how little sense it makes.  You might want to start with calling the police and filing a report, or checking into mail fraud with the post office since they were involved (assuming you mailed him a money order).

The legal system is so screwed up now that the criminals seem to have more rights than those who get taken by the crooks. Along that lines if you drive that far to confront him your the one looking really bad in the eyes of the Police, you should at least try the legal routes available now that you've publicly shown intent to confront him.

Based on my personal experiences I would imagine the Police are going to tell you they can't do anything (because of how jacked up the laws are now), but at least you reported it. The Mail Fraud route might actually bring a result (if that's how you paid him).
