That you would need to check with them. Each one may have different ways to do things. Generally I would say yes.

If you had to register with a sponsor you normally have to do it each year.
Since Pirelli is changing their payout system for this year I would say without question you will need to reregister with them, details will be posted/linked when we have the full information. 

You do have to list your sponsors each year with CCS, which for contingnecy is a requiremnt from the contingency sponsors.
