I see that they are running the same sprints on sat & sun, but is the entry fee for both days or just one?

EX#996

Just one.

For example, if you run Super Twins on both Saturday and Sunday, you would pay $70.00 for Saturday and the $55.00 for Sunday and each class after that.  However if it is a purse paying class it is $70.00 no matter what and it doesn't count as your first entry.

I hope this helps!

I mean come on :-/ I really like the GT races on Saturday. I just don't like paying for 6 races in 3 classes :(

Oh.....

Well, up nort' here don't ya' know.  We have the GT races on Friday and two full day's of Sprints on Saturday and Sunday.

Three days of racing is a good thing.

Nothing like shelling out $460 for a couple of classes...  Plus, let's add the $70 to get through the gate and another $100 or whatever ridiculous charge it is to camp...

But it's fun  ;D

Only at Road A can they get away with price tags like that and still sell out of classes...

Yep - Here's our bill.

$345 for entry fees (6 races, no purse classes)
$ 70 for gate fees (Paul and myself, Renee is still free)
$ 50 for camping
$ 20 for electricity

$585 for the weekend, no food, tires, gas, or beer.  One good thing though - you don't need to pay for the showers!!!!!

Fees down here in the SE (at Roebling Road) were a bit different than you described.

$70 1st race; $50 2nd race; $35 3rd and so on.  $70 for purse classes (no matter what else you entered).

So, if you enter 3 classes on Sat., all your Sun classes are only $35.

The only real complaint I've heard is that the tires wear out -real- fast during Twin Sprints.  I guess ya gotta bring a spare set  ;)

The fees that I listed are for Road America.  That's why they're different.   :-/

RA is a beautiful facility.
