Pit Bull contingency form

Pit Bull contingency form, do we have to fill out at every race or 1 time a year?

Only once per year.  Pit Bull says it mostly for information gathering .. so they can get the contingency checks out faster.  I'm sure everybody wants that!

Since 2009 we have been sending out contingency awards via email instead of printing and mailing certs.  For a lot of racers we didn't have email addresses so this year we decided it would be easiest to require a separate form.  On that note, if you think you won some certs in 2009 but never heard anything, get in touch with us.  They will be on file in our system and you can still use them.
