Congrats on the BHF F40 Championship!  

hmmm I turn 39 next May...I should petition for early entry into F40 (I feel older, that counts right?) so I get to run with Jigs again :)

I'm doing okay, but this broken clavicle has turned out to a bigger deal than I would have guessed.  I didn't just break it, I smashed it to pieces.  I've had two surgeries on it, plus I was hospitalized with a pulmonary embolism after the first surgery.  Anyway, I'm doing fairly well now, but my surgeon is saying six months for recovery. 

Hopefully, I'll be good to go by next season.  See you out there!

Well,thank God you're feeling better...and you already have the Championship.......we will see you at the Banquet,now you have the whole off-season to heal right.
