NO...Its like trying to circumcise a rock to get information...wera board has a few things up, but nothing that really pretains to the schedule, pre entry, practice or cost...hell theres plenty of time though with only being a month out.

Its really not all that bad Tom. There are going to be 2 races per class. One per day, purses will be paid for individual and overall placings. Qualifying will most likely be set by practice times. It looks like they will still be running 3 classes pro, expert, novice. Sounds like unless a trackday org steps up there wont be a friday practice. Plan on around 100 bucks a race entry. The info I have gotten has said you wont be aloud to ride up, meaning no 600s in the 1000 class. The invites should be out soon, but the reality is its not as big of a deal as most think. If you have been riding and doing well enough to earn Michelin money this year, then drag your shit down to Barber. Im sure the great majority of vendors will be there and will know who they have been working with. Also, as long as you can prove that you have been on michelins all year I dont expect they will turn your money and grid filling entry away. The money has been allocated, they want us to come win it, so grab that crappy honda and get you ass on the road!!

damn, I sure as hell hope they have practice and some sort of qualifying. If they just go by reg, then some people are gonna get screwed.
to finish first... first you must finish!

Rick I talked to tommy about it and he said they were hashing out the details in short.

And Ben, me and the super honda will be there.. I need to call you tommorrow anyway

I saw this - don't know if it tells you anything you didn't already know though.

Like I said, qualifying will be based on practice times.

not quite according to the flyer, the payout is based on cumulative results from 2 days of racing, not payouts for each day here http://www.michelinuschampionship.com/MichelinUSMC.pdf . so in effect 1st place for pro pays $7000, expert $4500, amatuer $3000. 2nd through 10th pays $1500-$100 with not much difference in payout between pro, expert  and am.
the other big question is how are they going to determine who is pro and who is expert , a very big grey area  since there is no defined line.
