i'm really glad you posted that video.  it confirms what i remember, what the rider behind me saw and what a track official saw.  you'll see 3 guys pass you before the incident.  i was the first one.  the guy with the red leathers is the one who saw the whole thing, as he was right behind us when it happened.  it was the other guy.  i was in front of them and gapped them through the whole back section.  he caught me at the end of the straight on my left.  i wasn't trying to outbrake him.  i didn't even know he was there because he was to my left and i was already looking through the turn.  i turned it in, he squared it off and turned right across me.  he knew i was there, but tried to make the pass anyway.  take a close look.  i was at the apex first.  dirty pass on my part?  yeah right.  he was the one trying to make the pass.

Sorry about your crash and glad you're okay.  :thumb:

The vid shows a crash at ~1:55 with two riders going into the right hand turn.  Rider on the right took a tight inside line and rider on left took a wider, left-to-right sweeping entry.  Rider on right got the position, then the rider on the left contacted the other rider's rear wheel after turn in.  Is this the same incident?  Didn't see a rider cut across another's wheel.

You might be confsuing what I said about my crash on Sunday.  I had somone come inside my apex on a 125 and then go wide and take out my front wheel.  I didn't post anything about that.  This post is about the crash on the vid.

... and I agree with what you see. It's obvious.

Yes, I was referring to racer911's crash.  Was just trying to confirm if what I think I see in the vid you (ktd) posted is as I described and actually of racer911's incident since it doesn't seem to match what he and his friend described.

Regardless, very glad everyone's okay.

you smacked right into the guy in front of me.  poor guy did nothing.  wann talk about dirty passes. i had not realized the cause until this.  i wish i had what was done to me on film.  i felt so bad i might have done this i cam home from work.  f ya. the more i think about this th emore it pisss me off hell look at the pases some of you experts put on me on this .

You do realize that Bobby is the rider on the right, right? There is no way Bobby could have known that dude was coming. He was NOT racing Bobby, he overcooked turn one, panicked, and threw it into Bobby, knowing full well Bobby was there. That's the nice version of what may have been going through that guys head. The other possibility is that he was pissed a little bike passed him (even though they were in different races), and decided he was going to get by him at any cost. Fucked up, either way.
And Bobby is one of the cleanest racers I've had the pleasure of racing with.
And btw, I'm really glad it wasn't you, Kyle. And I'm really glad you got it on tape.

ok ms tool and exactly what did I do wrong here?

What you "did wrong" was to NOT read my post carefully enough to "get" my point. I NEVER accused YOU of causing ANYTHING; I said, quote:

I suggest, sir, that you owe him an apology for casting such nasty aspersions on his riding.
You accused him of a dirty pass, and of smacking into the other rider. The video does not show that.

I've got no dog in this, so please don't flame me.  My old eyes must be going bad, 'cause it looks like the rider on the left (wide, sweeping entry) is the one that crashed after impacting the rear wheel of the rider on the right (tight line).

And Kyle, taking shots at corner workers, ESPECIALLY marrc peeps, is really poor form. If you see MARRC in a persons sig line, give 'em some respect. The next life they save could be yours.  :thumb:

No flaming at all. The guy sweeping in from the left stayed up. Bobby (guy on inside).....not so much.

Well I didn't see the rider on the right go down so I had to assume it was the rider on the left that was Bobby.  No? I apologize to Bobby if I made that mistake.  It was the guy on the lefts fault no doubt. At any rate there was no reason for his blasting me and even now he isn't man enough to apologize.  All I said was I would post the movie up as soon as I could.  I was so upset I might have hurt somone because we flew through there and I didn't see the incident just somone sliding to my left..I really thought it happend behind me. I could post up like he did the things that did not make sense in his explanation but I am trying to let it be.  You told me he told you it was a yellow bike and I was really afraid something had happend behind me I didn't know about.  I was so apologetic just on the thought it could be me and it could be me some day I could make a mistake.  You guys like him because he is  fast.  Well there is more to life.  Also everyone is in a race to assume the guys with the faster bikes should back off for you.   I mean I feel for ya because I ride an SV too i know what its like.  For all that guy knows his competion is right behind him.

As for MS corner worker I'm tempted to file a complaint to MARC on her comments about me crashing in her corner. I didn't read anythign wrong I'm pretty sure.  I'll be in her races next year with the ULSB and I wouldn't even joke about such a thing.

I'm done with this.  I proved it wasn't me.  I only spoke up because I heard he thought it was a yellow bike and I knew I was in the area. My bad for doing that.  My apology for loosign my temper when I read his post and that is to everyone.  I do wish I had not.

The only rider who crashed was the rider on the left so I would have to assume that is Boby and going by his own words he said the same.

The video I just watched showed the rider on the outside going down, not the inside bike.

I won't judge who is at fault as I wasn't on either bike at the time.

I have raced with KTD on many occasions and he is one of the nicest guys I have met both on and off the track.  I think he has received a completely unjustified load of crap from both Mr. Kim and the female cornerworker. He had absolutely nothing to do with this incident and was just trying to provide a video and was attacked by both of you.

Sorry to you Mr. Kim that you went down, glad you are not injured more severely.

You might want to watch it again, the inside rider went down.

What I don't get is if the slower bike was in front, why would he be beginning his turn in the center of the track? It seems like if you thought you were alone you'd be on the outside of the track on corner entry.

I'm not saying you stuffed him because you started out in front of him but that video makes it look like the inside rider's fault. But the point is that he shouldn't be racing with someone who is clearly faster than him, if someone is in another class and is going to pull away from you anyway, why would you try to screw around with him?
