You can get both from www.yoyodyneti.com tell Fred you came over from here.

Or if you're inventive, you can make a quicker turning throttle with an R1 throttle tube, and make your gas cap keyless by pulling out all of the lock pieces.  At that point, you can open it with anything that will turn it (screwdriver, etc).

Why would you want a quick turn just starting out with the racing. Can be a bit more touchy as far as throttle inputs.

im new to racing but not new to the track.  you discourage a quick turn throttle? maybe i will reconcider it.

It's not totally necessary unless you are having problems with the current throttle. I'm not the fastest guy out there so use my opinion if it suits you.

My preference is not to make too many changes to the bike but more changes to my riding style and the approach I take when I race. developing a method of how I attack/approach corners can yield a big gain more than the parts of the bike. For example I have made a study of the tracks that I race on and the approach of each corner. Based on some things that Eric Wood has said I now approach with one thing in mind. That one thing is the focus that is neede for a particular corner. Is it entry focus, exit focus, or mid corner speed focus. A hairpin turn is typically entry focus and not mid-corner speed. Mr Wood relates that there is little difference in mid-corner speed between the fast guy and the slower guy in a hairpin turn. His supporting argument relates in how quickly a given bike will accelerate from 30-35 mph as compared to 90-95 mph, so to gain back 5 mph from a slower speed is easier than gaining that 5 mph at a faster speed.

Typically I have gained speed through my riding and not as much with the little things on the bike. I must say though that the little things on the bike can be helpful if it makes me more comfortable.

I say save the money and buy more tires. Put more effort in learning the difference in tire feel from a 1 pound pressure change. It has made a world of difference in my riding and confidence level. The more confidence and feel the faster I go.
