I was at Summit Point on the 4th and saw the T10 crash of whoever AM 52x is. Can't remember which race it was. I got it all on film though. Hope you're ok!

He looked fine.  Do you shoot a lot or have a site?

I am fine,  other than getting the wind knocked out of me everything can get fixed and will!  Thanks for the pic's!

Glad you're ok, Wade. Your buddy was standing right next to me and when you went down he jumped up and said "oh shit that's my boy!" and ran off.

Carnag, I just like to shoot when I'm not riding. I'd like to start racing next year. I've got a bunch of stuff up on flickr and picasa

I see where I went wrong with that turn.  I tried to get off the gravel after I stopped rolling but I couldn't breath.  The picks look great btw.  I am doing fine, got some whiplash, back pain and busted bike.  All in all I wish it never happened since I couldn't finish the rest of the races for the weekend.  See ya next race weekend!

I couldn't figure it out... did you just run out of lean angle or roll off the throttle?

I was improperly positioned on the bike sitting to far up and leaned way to far for the bike and the front tucked on me.  I actually was holding maintenance throttle coming thru and I gave it too much too soon.

Speaking of checking to see if folks are okay, I think he was Am #308 (busy day in 1, so I'm not sure of that number).  He crashed on the straight and came to a rest in the grass between the 2 and 3 markers.  He got up and rode back in the crash truck, but he was mighty confused and I was never able to find him in the pits to see if he was okay.

Was it a Gixxer?

I can't even remember what race that was.  When you're in a high traffic corner, all of it just kind of blends together.  I had a slew of motos, 2 crashes out in 2, 2 crashes at the exit of 1, the ghost rider crash (the one I'm talking about), Jason Zelibor, my repeat mechanical, the contact crash, and 3 other crashes deep in the gravel.  Oh, and the spectacular spectacle, lest I forget.  And in all of this, there was not even one first lap crash.  So,  no, I haven't a clue as to what the bike was.  The guy was so confused I was wondering if he was an English speaker.

Bad place to go out at. Looks like your pulling on that throttle hand. practice putting your head on the side of the wind screen your going, it seems to help me maintain that push/ pull deal. Glad your okay.
