LP Sport Rider question....

I've got a friend of mine who keeps debating getting out on the track for the first time.  I think I've got him talked into coming out to BHF on Thursday (provided the weather cooperates.)  In the all-out beginner class for the LP day on Thursday, are full leathers absolutely required?  Are there any available for rent?

I dug around a little on the CCS page and didn't find anything pertaining to registration for the day, and requirements for the riders.  Anybody got a link or any info?

I have Vanson Leathers to rent for my students during the day.  I believe that everyone is supposed to have leathers.  There might be a provision for something otherwise.

Did you get my confirmation form for your school on the SRD day?  Check that out.  Should give some info.  I want my guys, regardless of the minimum requirements, to have leathers, so I haven't looked at that to see if you can just wear a leather jacket and two pairs of jeans...

I wasn't sure that you'd have a "beginner" class available on Thursday... I figured it was all "advanced", as I see on your registration page the "PRO" day is full.

If you have openings in the beginner classes, lemme know and I'll pass the info on.  I was just under the impression that the only "beginners" allowed out there would be through the LP thing.  Believe me, I would MUCH rather have him sign up through you!
