Mine comes regularly, and my experience in Wisconsin is that the mail gets here slowly.

If you race WERA then you get your copy faster in the mail. 

But then, everything with WERA is faster.

so recieve a email back from there customer service telling me my first issue will be the april issue and should recieve it at the end of march
