Registering for Michelin and Pirelli

As I take a look at the contingency form, it states that we have to register for Michelin and Pirelli.  I am assuming this is an on-line registration, but I cannot find the appropriate link.  Can anyone help me with this?

OK - I found the Pirelli one and registered, but I still need help with Michelin.  Any ideas?

contact Frank Kinsey at 321-267-4787, he is the michelin man for the florida region and can answer those questions. I just spoke with him this evening myself.,. ;D
