here's an idea for next year....

trophies instead of plaques
at least for 1st
i talked to jeanne about this last year - she brought up problems with them breaking
still, they are infinetly cooler than wood

but if that is too much of an issue, how about medals?
easy to transport - easy to display
and still cooler than wood

My Personal Opinion is that medals and wood are on par with each other and that trophies are the bottom of the barrel.

Nothing is cheaper, harder to transport and easier to break than some cheap POS plastic trophy colored gold with a heavy piece of stone or plastic on the bottom.

Let the kids taking karate take those things home...

Agreed, but my actual trophies are something that I've kept over wood.  I prize them much more.

I enjoy the wood they hang nicely on the wall of the shop, I would have to build shelves for trophies... and medals?? Those would work i guess thats my two cents

I guess they better not mess with the Formula 40 plaques then.......

Hate to take that little extra excitement away from those guys!
