If a St. Louis area racer was wanting to take his XR100 and run some post season Ice Races where might he go to find out some information.  Schedules, rules, requirements, etc.....

I haven't done a formal ice race since about 1992 or 1993.  But we'll ride and knock each other down for about six hours in a day.  A lot cheaper, more track time.

Usually, we'll coordinate a location between three lakes or so for our riding here in SE Wisconsin on this forum...

I use a TTR125 with some other people, and I know there are some others on the CCS Forum that have XR100's.  Pretty nice match.  Actual racing is generally with real MX bikes set up for flat track/ice racing.

Yeah, that should be fun.  I have Fenwick tires on my TTR.  He's in Oshkosh, WI with Metro Cycles or something, I think.

Awesome, thanks for the info.  It has always sounded like fun and I really am looking forward to trying to do something.

This is where I got my ice tires for my 250f

I used to live by the owner Jeff and he built my tires - ROCKIN - More grip on the ice then on the pavement "When ur on the gas"

Honestly - these tires rock - Unless you want to ride through powder snow..... Then I would go with some Canadian legal tires.......

Andy is still in Menasha. He moved his shop from Valley Road to a frontage road just off HWY 41 in Neenah/Menasha. Let me know if anyone wants contact info.
