on a random google search, I came across this forum.  Trivillus was a roommate of mine WAY back in 1994 or so.  He pulled the same crap back then.  Claiming to have been raised by his grandparents in Croatan, VA (a RICH VaBeach neighborhood BTW) etc.  He swindled my boss's buddy's daughter out of a GSXR600....got her to sign for it and never made a payment (the father owned the bike dealership in Harrisonburg VA.  He stole my car while I was gone for the weekend, joyriding around town (I heard from many people and confronted him).  He stiffed me and the other roommates for damages when he skipped town....the landlord came after us even though we had separate leases.  Bad checks, lies, same old T.  I'm glad to see someone caught him and prosecuted....makes it simpler to prove in the future.  We never could find him back then.

What's odd to me is finding out he's been living near me all this time.  If I ever had the pleasure of seeing him in person, he wouldn't be walking away from our conversation without emptying his pockets for the $$$ he owes me from way back in 1995.
