While perhaps asinine, I do believe BHF is private property and they're entitled to apply pretty much any restriction they want...

Granted and I know the reason behind the asinine rule. But if they would spank the guilty parties instead of making blanket asinine rules it would be much better. Hammer the guilty ones bad enough that it teaches everyone a lesson instead of punishing everyone for a few idiots.

100% AGREE!!!!
That is the one thing I don't understand...  When people KNOWINGLY disregard the rules and get a slap on the wrist.  I don't think I've ever seen anyone thrown out of a racing event, and have encountered a handful of situations over the years where I thought it well warranted.  I understand the need for customer service, but a public execution every now and again does the village some good.
