And now you all know what happens after being off the bike for about 10 weeks! 

Things are better now.  He actually rode for the first time since surgery the night before...in the Cat 3 crit.  Nothing like easing back into it!  Good times were had by all.  I think El Diablo helped make the 100 mile road race more memorable for those who crossed the bridge for the torture of Marquette Mountain.  This "hill" is less than 10 miles into the race and one of many.

However, I don't think you'll be seeing this version of El Diablo on that side of the guardrail next year.

PS - The pics would be much better if I were in them with my red feather boa and my cute little ACE jacket! 

PPS - I dare you redecorators to make the trip.  You'd whoos out 15 miles north of Green Bay.  And if drive anything like K3, you'll end up in the wrong town starting with an M in the UP!
