FIRP?  Well, the guy has the ability to do it all on his own.  I don't know if the Wilson brother is still going to help out or not.

Til there's pavement I don't believe anything.  I've seen a lot of places never happen that were backed by people with lots of money.  What most forget is they have lots of money because they don't spend it....
