We were able to come and go pretty much anytime of the night a couple weeks back at the NESBA event, so it doesn't look like that has changed with the new management.

One more question. WIll i have to pay more if i come on friday instead of saturday? I'm staying until sunday.

At Blackhawk, registration is open from 5pm until 7pm on Fridays.  Satudays and Sundays are from 7am until 9am.
Never interrupt your opponent while he's making a mistake.
