Anyone want to discuss the dismal turnout of racers and spectators at HPT last weekend?   :wah:

Which factors do you think are most responsible:

Economy
Fuel cost
Weather
Gate fees
Indy Car races at Kansas Speedway
Track Safety
All of the above

Yeah, no extra races to enter because of those factors, and no USGPRU to add more entries.

for me it was over all cost, I just dont have the extra $$$ this year and hpt is one that I did want to make.

I heard the wera races was a low turn out also

Well not that it really matters but our numbers were up slightly from the same event last year.  We're happy considering the weather forecast sucked.

I think the numbers where better than last year. The LW grids seem to be OK. Lot of teams were in the garages so it made the pits look a little empty.
