A few questions regarding sponsor listings that are shown in the results:

1. is there a standard character limit for what is shown in the results?  My team members' lists have been cut off at different numbers of characters.  Are the listings on the website different than those on the result sheets at the track?

2. why are some entries shown with two lines, others with three, with a variable number of total characters...is it length of name / hometown dependent?  or are there two separate fields?  If two, what are the character lengths?

3. Are common sponsors (e.g. LP, vortex, etc) shortened to a standard?  I noticed some were listed as (example) "LP" others as "Lockhart-Phillips"

4. many sponsors require that they be listed for contingency and/or contract purposes...I assume they mean listed in the results, but what if due to an apparent character limit my contractual sponsors fill up all the available space, does this mean that contingency sponsors won't pay out?  Even if I listed them on the sheet, they won't show up in the results.

5. if the above assumptions (character limit, etc) are true, whats the point of having 20 spaces for sponsors on the sheet if only N (ranging from 3-7 depending on what seems to be an arbitrary length shown on the results) are shown in the results?

The sponsor listing ont he web is abbreviated, not sure how it determines where to cut-off as I did not write the program for that.

Riders list things different ways I try to standardize how things are listed for a sponsor so it is always the same way, but there are space limits in which case I do get in touch with the rider to know they have exceeded that limit.

The resutls sheets at the track have the complete sponsor listings on them as do the official final results.

Thanks Eric,  I'll make sure the most important are listed first so they show up on the web results, and assure the others that official results include them.
