Anyone know which type of shift activator is for gp shift. Tension or compression?

Yep. Depends on the bike & the rearsets.

Switch your bike to GP shifting and see which way the rod goes when you PUSH the lever down to shift.  If it pulls, you need the tension.  If it pushes, you need the compression...

sweet i have a 2006 zx6rr with attack rearsets and I want it to be gp shift. also who sells these things. I also believe it is the pqs3 system. Thanks for the help.
