Daytona sandbaggers

Looking at Saturday's results I noticed one name in particular that I can't believe has the balls to race with yellow plates. He managed quite a few WINS at Daytona last year as well as a few 2nds and thirds. I don't believe he raced the rest of the season so he didn't get enough points to be required to bump. But, he knows damn well he shouldn't be racing with yellow plates. So nice job dude, way to take away an actual amateur's glory. Because you don't have the balls to go race with the big boys, you fucked someone else out of a win they deserved. That makes you an asshole.

His pace means nothing. He cleaned house down there last spring, I guess was bumped based on that weekend alone, and somehow managed to run yellow plates again.
I really hope there's more to this story, the guy's actually a pretty decent guy. But I simply have no patience for sandbaggers, there's just no excuse for continuing to beat up on the yellow plate racers just because you can.

I agree.  I was told by our promoter in the FL region that I was an expert after only 6 events as an am......I was freaked out.  I had just come back after a big  back injury and was very suprised.  BUt, you can see the guys that should be expert.  He was right in hindsight. THis guy should be an expert.
