There may have been a situation that tipped the scale to generate this action. Someone was having a dispute with another person on the board that had deteriorated to legal action.  One party chose to post publicly their continued frustration with a resolution for the dispute and directed that frustration towards the other board member. 

Is this politically correct enough?   No sense in acting like it never happened.  But what do I know, I've got over 10,000 smites!!
