You will need to get it from registration and drop it off at tech when you get your bike inspected. They are usually on red paper

The CCS contingency form will be at registration. You need to indicate the productrs you are using adn that you have the proper decals on the bike. You will then take this to tech they will veriify product and sticker useage.

Step that is overlooked that must be done is listing of contingency sponsors, this can be done in advance by use of this form and faxing or emailing into the office, this listing then becomes part of your current year license record and only needs to be redone if sponsors change.

Oh for CCS they will be White, for ASRA Sprints they will be Yellow, and for ASRA Team/Solo Challenge they will be Green

The sponsor form will be blue
