06 gsxr 600 setup?

I'm setting up a 06 gsxr 600 for the track. I'll be running dunlop 209 190's (non-ntech). I have a Ohilns rear shock and re-worked front forks (with the extender caps). Anyone have any good baseline numbers for rear shock eye-to-eye length and how much to lower the forks in the tripples (I hear you need to raise the front on these bikes). I'm looking for some widely accepted baseline numbers and will start fine tuning from there .

On mine I ran the shock at stock length and it worked great.
I'm not sure if the fork extenders are necessary on the gsxr, My forks were stock, aside from springs, and the bike steered well with excellent feedback.
I also ran michelins, and I think the PRC is pretty tall, so that might give the bike the trail you're looking for.
My experience with new bikes is that the stock geometry is a great place to start.
