Is Slipper Legal for Supersport if bike does not come with one?????????

Does anyone know the official ruling on wether or not you can legally run Supersport by adding a slipper to a bike that does not come with one? (ie Honda CBR600RR)

For CCS, yes.  Check if you're going to run WERA out east.  It isn't as far as I remember.
