I love the person who make the Hyperplates, But they make launches too hard. The plates grab too much.

Although they do have a better coating that addresses this issue somewhat.

Just stick with the OEM Fiber and Steel plates!!

i was using the same stuff scott was using from the same guy and it happened to me at barber the, which first race for me and they got so hot they fell apart and of course they didnt work, we replaced them with another set still the aftermarket ones and the same thing happened, wouldnt shift, wasnt smooth and later jason tyied them with the same problems, after that iwent back to the stock ones and had no problems

I just talked to my teammate who had these and he was running EBC frictions.  Also, my description of the damaged plastes wasn't accurate, I forget what exactly happened but the plates were not usuable and tossed after one weekend.  He was running an 03 Honda 600rr, basically stock

Thanks for all the feedback.  I agree with Jason, its not my clutch holding me back.  I really like my clutch as is, so these might go on ebay.
