WTB supersport legal SV650 in the midwest

I'm looking for a supersport legal sv650 for at or under 3k or so.  I'm in southeastern Wisconsin, so somewhere in the midwest would be great.  I'm not looking for a streetbike to convert, I'd prefer something that's already set up.
