Well everyone,
The little girl that most of you watched grow up is all grown up and diving into the debt pool with the best of you. I just had my offer accepted on a House. I close on the 27th of this month. So who has plans for new years, I need help moving!!!!!!

I just bought a new bed so no I'm not burning it. Unless you want to buy me another new one. And no it doesn't get to be a cheap hand me down little twin bed or anything like that.

Sounds like a plan. Things are not going so well with closing on the house now though either. Looking like next week now hopefully.

FHA jerking us around. The window sills on the out side of the house have paint chiping off them so we need and estiment on how much that would cost.... (a can of paint). And the living room in the front of the house has a little slop to it and they had us get a strutural enginer to look at that to find out it was origanlly a porch that they inclosed and made part of the house. All taken care of now. The time, date, and place have all been set and will finally close on the 9th.
