How often do you replace your Helmet?

Unless you drop a helmet from enough height to cause the outer surface to delaminate, there is no reason to replace it. The foam will suffer little/no damage because there is no head inside to crush the foam.

Replace after every MRI or CAT scan, whichever comes first......

Actually, Roger commuting every day to work in the hot sticky summer will make a helmet pretty ripe. Yeah, it must suck when your wife tells you to find another helmet... ;)

somehow i usually do not hit my head when i crash, so i replace helmets every 2 years, and i have some nice helmets to display with my trophys
