I just have the forks rework with valves and spring, and I put an ohlin shock. any body have the setings for the ride hight, front and rear.

The general concensus that you hear around the pits is the rear shock should be 338 mm eye to eye.  (This will make the rear higher than stock.)  I think the front is recommended at 8-10 mm dropped.  Mine was dropped 12 mm.

I was also told to use 338 c-c, but when I got my forks re-done, I was told to put them flush and then adjust them at the first track day according to feel & riding style.  That may be because I'm still pretty much a beginner. ;D

I think that I have heard the flush recommendation on the forks as well.  I forgot about that.  Maybe one recommendation is with the fork extenders and one is without.  

FYI, Race Tech and Traxxion both sell these fork extenders.  I would call Traxxion and ask them for their recommendation.  They are pretty knowledgable.
