CMG is looking for on-bike footage of a lap of DIS from this most recent race - with the new configuration of the track.

Compensation is credit and a master layoff of the final broadcast.

Footage MUST conform to the following specifications without exception

Acquired in DV or Mini-DV format - not converted to this from another format
4:3 aspect ratio
No foreground elements (fairings, tanks, helmets, tires, etc).
Full focus
No video effects
No foreign matter on lens
No superimposed dates or times
Horizon lives at approximate mid-height of field of view
Undistorted audio
Must be from an in-line four - not a twin or triple
Must follow the racing line
Must be continuous from pit in, across the tri-oval, a complete lap, across the stripe again and into turn one
Must have LIMITED or (preferably) NO other traffic (this limits best options to ASRA qualifiers, race leaders or practice sessions)
No crash footage

For example, the following footage is unusable because the horizon is too high - under braking, the viewer cannot see the corner. Also, the audio is not shielded from wind noise and as a result, the engine pitch is lost in the noise. Further, this is likely shot from a helmet cam - which offers too much movement.

For consideration, either post the video and email the link to:

griff dot allen dot productions at gmail dot com

or mail the submission (or a direct transfer copy) to:

CMG DIS OBF F07
3009 Van Aken Blvd
Shaker Heights, OH  44120-2816

Submissions will not be returned and become the property of CMG.

Thank you for your consideration.

This is what you get from an $80 camera. I know it sux...
BTW, camera was mounted in the nose of the fairing.
Also, I didn't check the angle before I went out.
I put duct tape over the mix but the clipping noise you hear is from engine vibration.

I'd love to see some quality footage if anyone has some though!
