You're supposed to get the pic JUST BEFORE he passes you. That way you can tell your friends you were leading the "cagey veteran".  ;D

If its the same MD, he'll pull off on the last lap.  I'm sure they just wanted to be covered for some extra test and tune if they need it the week before AMA Daytona.

I could be wrong... but I thought that AMA rules prohibited anyone who finished inside the top 10 or 20 last year from riding on any track where an AMA event is scheduled to occur, 10 days prior to the event.

So I don't think MD would run the CCS weekend, as isn't the AMA weekend the next weekend?

I think you are right on that rule Omni. Unfortunatly I won't be down there to witness that first hand. I will be up at VIR doing some testing on the SV ;D
