If someone is driving from the Milwaukee area to the VIR CCS / Team Challenge weekend, may I ask a favor of you to bring me a common grocery item that is only available in your area?

Please get in touch off board for details at:

Of course, I'll pay what the reciept says it costs plus a little for your trouble.

Thanks in advance,

HW

I'm curious as to what's so special that we only have here? I can only think of certain micro brew beers and sausages.

Pirogies? Pasties? Gillies custard? Sprecher root beer? Cheese curds? (The later 2 which I gifted to Barnacle Bill at the GNF, and he's still going on and on about the rootbeer and cheese!)

I digress, and I do think the mystery will one day kill us!  :lmao:

Do or do not, there is no "try".

Pasties are a Michigan/Yooper thing, and I think Sprecher is more widely available?
Gillies is kinda overrated, and I totally forgot about cheese curds... although I've seen them elsewhere as well. It's the Milwaukee area specific thing that's killing me.  :ahhh:

We take various six packs of New Glarus brews out to JD Hord anytime we go out to Ohio. Who can resist the Spotted Cow and Fat Squirrel?

It's the "common grocery item" that has me stumped. What's unique to Milwaukee?

C'mon Griff, PM details, bro, I might be able to hook you up!

I updated the date and track, but the request still applies.
