Once again another great weekend at Summit Point.  This time on the Shenny circuit.  Some really great racing action in quite a few races.  Very few incidents even with the wet conditions Sunday morning.  A couple of ambulance calls that ended up with only one dispatching to the scene of the incident with the rider already up.  Not one transport.  All other ambulance calls were called off before they even got a chance to roll.

The MARRC crew once again did a stellar job even with a lower than usual turnout.  You guys rock.   Props to the cafe crew for providing excellent meals and doing much needed and appreciated drink runs.

Hope to see everyone again this coming weekend for the WERA National.

August 25th and 26th is the next one at Shenny.  Maybe you can make it out for that one.

Yeah Saturday was great  :thumb: Yes, I would be the one with the "called off" ambulance call.  My rider just had the wind knocked out of him, and as he put it "severly injured pride".  Probably wouldn't have been an ambulance call at all had we had a bit better access to the riders at Shenny, but better safe than sorry...he layed there for a bit longer than I was comfortable with :).  Rumor has it you guys kicked butt out there on Sunday as well  :thumb:  Sorry I missed it!

There was one other called off ambulance on Sunday as well as one that was actually dispatched on Sunday.  That was another loss of wind incident for the most part although he did knock his head and shoulder pretty bad.  It was in T7 with Art.  I was looking for him later on and the person pitted next to him informed me he was fine head wise (big ding in the helmet) and that he only had a little shoulder pain.  Bike followed him in and ended up on top of him.
