Cancellation question

I believe I understand the instructions on the form, but wanted to clarify.

I prereg'd for RA, but crashed on Monday and don't think I'll be able to get the bike together in time.

If I send in the form now will I receive a full refund less $10?

Yes but as it is less than 2 weeks out it will be handled after the event plus no-one is in the office until after RA due to travel and holiday.
