VIR selling spectator only tickets?

Anybody know what the rate is on these? The CCS page says to see the VIR website but I can't find any info on it.

What are the rules to be on hot pit as a crew member? Long pants and no toeless shoes?

Hot Pit
no one under 16 unless competitor, No smoking, no pets

"Over wall" on the race surface ie Pit Lane
Long pants, sleeved shirt, closed toe shoes
